Konrady Plastics offers in-house 3D printing to help customers move quickly from concept to functional component. Powered by the Bambu Lab X1E PF001-E, our 3D printing cell combines a 10.1″ x 10.1″ x 10.1″ build volume with multi-material, multi-colour capability from up to four spools at once. This professional-grade system features an actively heated chamber and high-temperature print head, enabling reliable parts in PLA and Nylon PA12 as well as reinforced and engineering-grade materials such as carbon/glass-filled PLA, PETG, PA, PET, PC, ABS and ASA.

This translates into faster prototypes, fixtures and short-run parts without the cost or lead time of tooling and full machining programs. Our team can print directly from your CAD files or reverse-engineer existing components. Whether you’re replacing a hard-to-source part or testing a new idea, we can help you choose the right material and print strategy to bring it to life quickly.

This advanced unit features:

  • Multi-color and multi-spool capability – can run up to 4 colors or spools at a time
  • Generous build volume – 256mm x 256mm x 256mm (10.1” x 10.1” x 10.1”)
  • Wide range of materials – Carbon/Glass Fiber Reinforced PLA, PETG, PA, PET, PC, ABS, ASA

Currently, our team has successfully produced parts using PLA and Nylon PA12, and we are actively expanding into other materials to give customers more options for both prototypes and functional components.
