Our journey to becoming One of the Best Places to Work in Indiana started over a year ago. As a leadership team we had a set a revenue and profitability goal and found that there wasn’t much excitement from Konrady Plastics team around this goal. We took a step back and asked ourselves – what does our team care more about? The team cares about the place they show up to work everyday and the quality of the product they provide to customers. That’s when we set an energizing company goal to be recognized as one the best places to work for and with in the State of Indiana.
Through a rigorous vetting process by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce our recognition shortly followed, and it would not have been possible without the honest feedback of the Konrady Plastics team.
